Game nights are becoming more of a special event in the Higham house. We're learning to create time where we can play games and have fun together as a family. This past year we have been introduced to a number of games that we really enjoy play. But here is a game that is fun to play, super easy, and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to play!
A couple of years ago, I (Jay) met a couple of youth workers (husband and wife) who also started their own gaming company. They have created several card and board games that are really fun to play! The name of their company is Wild East Game Company. Brian and Jill Bollinger are the husband and wife team behind these original and creative games. We have three of their games and really enjoy playing them.
Lightning Dice is one of our favorites. Super easy to play, you can sit down and play a round in about 15 minutes. The game itself is simple; match the face of the dice to the images on the card. The first person to reach the finish wins!
Tuesday night we played a couple rounds of Lightning Dice before the kids went to bed. It was a chance to get the kids off their devices, away from the TV, and have some before the end of the day. Lightning Dice is so easily played, we can all play it. No strategy needed. No concentration required. You just roll your die until you match the playing card.

You can find more information about Lightning Dice, Wild East Game Company, and my friends Brian and Jill at their website, www.WildEastGames.com. You can order a copy of the game from their website.
