Well...we had plans to vlog every day through the end of the year, but this week has proven a bit challenging!
Along with the cold, we've had a house full of sick people! That means, some of our Christmas vacation plans
have been put on hold, including vlogging. After all, who wants to watch a vlog of a bunch of sick people?
Thanks for watching!

And now that the voting is over, we have our 2017 winners!
We had another great year with the Christmas Door Challenge!

For the Higham Family doors, Asher's "Santa Got Stuck in the Chimney" door took first place with 38% of the votes.
Second place went to door number 4, Logan's "Tropical Holiday" theme with 24.7% of the votes.
Door 2, "The Snowmen", by Breya came in third with19.3% of the votes.
That leaves door number 3, "Rudolph in the Dark" by Aiden, in fourth place with 17.5% of the votes.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote!
This year, we expanded the challenge to include YOU, our readers and vlog viewers.
We received just a couple of doors, which we were so excited about!
Since you voted for your favorite Higham door, we had a chance to vote on YOUR doors!
This year's winner is Martine W.! Thanks, Martina, for sharing your door with us!
Your prize will be coming shortly!
And thank you to all of our Christmas Door challenge contestants!
Make sure you come back again next year!!!
And speaking of next year...
The Christmas Door Challenge will return in December 2018, for another round of decorating and voting!
We'll see you then!
Happy New Year!
