Welcome to Week One of our 2018 Bible Challenge. We are so glad that you have decided to join us on this exciting journey. Anytime we get a chance to sit down and get into God's word is amazing. We hope in doing this together is that we create a new habit of reading God word while encouraging, sharing, and challenging one another to grow a little deeper into our relationship with Jesus Christ. Let's remember what it is that we're doing. Starting Sunday, January 7th, we will share a selection chapters and verses to read. This selected reading will be our topic for the week. Monday through Friday, you will have the opportunity to read the verses and share comments. We will post a few questions to consider, to help you process through the reading. From time to time we might also share some resources that help us understand what we are reading. What you get out of this is based on what you put into this. Our hope is that you will read each weeks selection, use the simple questions to help you think about what you've read, and share in the comment section below all that you are learning. This week we begin with the beginning, Genesis 1 and 2. week one - genesis 1 & 2Consider these questions... 1. What is happening within the verses you read? 2. How or where do you see God at work? 3. What do you think these verse teach us about who God is? 4. How does what you are learning and what we see happening in our reading impact your life?
