It's finally here! One of our most looked forward to weeks of the summer, Long Week at Pine Springs Camp AND the second week of PS Day Camp! So we loaded up the car and made the trip back up the mountain of one of most favorite places in Western PA!
Ever since when we worked at Pine Springs Camp, back between 2015 and 2017, we have loved the week of camp known as Long Week. When most weeks of camp at Pine Springs Camp run Sunday through Friday, Long Week is Friday through Friday! That's 8 days and 7 nights of summer camp fun! AND, it all Jr High and High School students! Being a Jr/Sr High week of camp means you're sleeping in later and staying up longer! The food is better. The games are bigger. And the worship and teaching is unbelievable! But along with it being Long Week, this week is also our second week of PS Day Camp! Amy is running the Pine Springs Camp Day Camp this summer, totally three full weeks at Pine Springs leads each week of games, activities and Bible Interactives. Day camp is an amazing ministry to the local families who send their kids to the week-long program! In trying to keep our promise of posting a new family vlog every day this summer, we took the camera with us for the road trip! It's not a super long vlog, but long enough to see some of the fun as we get the week going! As always, thank you so much for watching the vlog and reading the blog.
