Advent is here. In fact, we're two weeks into the Advent season, so we're bringing this up a little late. But nonetheless, here we are. Advent is a special time on the church calendar where we set aside the four weeks before Christmas as a season of preparation.

Advent is a special time in the Higham House. We celebrate with weekly candle lighting, Advent calendars, devotionals, and a number of other things we do during the season. We have shared many of these traditions here on the site. We've linked a few of them below.
