Ingredients:
Step One...
Cut your avocado in half and carve out your avocado from the skin. I like to use a table spoon to do this. Our spoons are just the right size to remove the avocado from it's skin.
If you would like to grow your own avocado plant, set the seed to the side. I will post another blog sharing how you can grow your own avocado plant. Step Two...
Use your spoon to cut up the avocado in the bowl. With your fork, mash up the avocado.
Add your tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Now mix everything together. You can leave it chunky or mash it as smooth as you like. Step Three...
At this point, go ahead and toast your bread.
Take your frying pan and fry up the eggs. I put a little butter in the pan, melt it down and fry up my eggs. Sometimes I use Olive Oil, but usually the butter. It's not as healthy, but it adds to the flavor. Step Four...
With everything ready, let's plate our breakfast.
Scoop the avocado onto your toast. We like it thick and chunky. With the Everything Bagel Topping, top the avocado toast. Add your fried eggs, utensils and any other seasoning you like on you eggs. I usually top our eggs with crushed pepper, salt, parsley, a little garlic salt, and just a sprinkle of paprika.
