Over the years, we have had a lot of fun with Halloween. From dinner ideas to snacks, to costumes to trick or treat ideas, we have a growing library of Halloween fun. This year, we thought we would share some of our fun. Check out some last minute halloween fun!

1. Mummy Dogs

One of our favorite spooky foods is Mummy Dogs. A couple of years ago, Breya and Jay sat down to make this super easy, really yummy, dinner idea.

2. Do You Dress UP For Halloween?

Last year we posted a blog with a simple question, "Do you dress up for Halloween?" The question was aimed at parents, and how far we participate in the festivities with our kids.

3. Talking About Halloween

In 2017, Jay sat down with Asher and Breya to talk about Halloween. This was part of a series we did called Kids Talk, where we asked the kids to share their thoughts on various subjects and challenges.

It's always fun to hear how the kids think about and process the world around us.

4. Ideas For Halloween Night

Looking for how you might celebrate Halloween this year? To trick or treat or not to trick or treat, for some of us, that is the question. So how have we handled Halloween?

Halloween is one of those holidays where you are either okay with it or your not. There really is no fence riding for this one. The choice is, are we doing the whole dress up trick or treat thing or are we not. As believers, we are left with a tough decision. Do we go or do we hide away. As parents, the decision is slightly more intense because now you have to explain your reasons for what you decide to do.

5. Halloween Weekend Family Vlog

There's nothing like looking back and remembering what it was like when our kids were younger. In 2015, we tried to vlog our Halloween Weekend adventures! We like reminiscing as a family. Take a few minutes and watch our Halloween Weekend!

6. Pumpkin Carving

Who doesn't love carving pumpkins?! It has been a family tradition of our for years. We love taking an evening to cut open and and decorate our pumpkins. The best was when we were able to gather as a family, around the table, carving.
