We'll admit it, we watch the Hallmark Christmas movies. We do. And we've been watching them for a couple of years now. And you know what, we're okay watching them.
It started as a joke. We watched a movie because everyone made fun of the similarities of the stories, the sets, even the actors. And yes, we noticed those things. We laughed and had fun with it, but then something unexpected happened. We started liking the movies. Then Covid hit. Like many others during the Covid shut downs, we binge-watched a number of TV shows, movies, movie sagas, and docu-dramas. But when the Christmas rolled around, we "binged" every Christmas movie Hallmark put out.
3. The Warm Fuzzies - Come on, let's be honest, everyone enjoys the warm fuzzies. You know, the feeling you get when watching a movie that just makes you feel good. Christmas is all about the warm fuzzies. And nobody does the warm fuzzies like Hallmark.
At this point, we have watched countless Hallmark Christmas movies, and each one has left us with that feel-good, warmth of family, home, and holiday. In fact, I think that's why Christmas movies are so beloved. They remind us of what the holidays bring.
