Welcome to week 6 of the Galatians: Be Free series at The Church of Eleven22.
This week we are going to speed up the series. Instead of posting one sermon a week, we are going to post daily messages to complete the series. The series wrapped up on Sunday, July 07, 2024. It was such a great series; so helpful, encouraging, and gospel centered. With the series complete, we have created a special page with all 14 messages from the series. Click on the link below or at the bottom of this post. QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER
Read Galatians 2:15-21and Romans 3:23. What stood out to you in the sermon this week and what did God reveal to you in the Scriptures, maybe for the first time?
What do these verses show us about the character of God and what does it show about your part in your salvation? What does it mean to be declared justified? Sometimes we only preach half the gospel, that Jesus died for our sins. How does your understanding of justification help you share the WHOLE gospel with yourself, a new believer and an unbeliever? What does it mean to be crucified with Christ? Share a time when Jesus and the Holy Spirit working in you led to you or others seeing a positive change in your thoughts, desires and actions toward sin. ACTION STEP A Disciple...Loves All People, Discovers Identity in Jesus, Deepens Relationship with Jesus What are you convicted about in your life right now. Pray for Jesus and the Holy Spirit to change your desires, thoughts and actions. Text your accountability partner about it today.
