Day 10 - Ten Lords A Leaping

Rewatching these vlog post has been like a walk down memory lane. We recorded and created the episodes seven years ago. That was December of 2015. We were a family of 7, living in a 2 bedroom house, with portion of the based walled off to make a third bedroom. And believe it or not, we were pregnant with number 6.

We sat the other night, watching today's episode, as a flood of thoughts and emotions rushed through us. We were 4 months in at a new church. It was another community, another school district, another new chapter of our story. We were starting over, again. It was a crazy, scary, wonderful time.

The kids were still "little." Oh, how they all have changed. And the laughter, oh, the laughter. We laughed a lot. We still laugh a lot. We were a family. We are a family, though family life looks a little different now. It was a sweet time.

12 Days Till to Christmas

Those twelve days, opening presents, being amazed by each gift and how they connected to each kids...it really was a blessing. And as we said in day 12's video, we suspect some, but till this day, we just don't know how the secret Christmas angel was, or is.

Nonetheless, it was a really fun time for the family. And thanks to YouTube, this with the many other videos will be around for a long time.
