Happy Christmas Eve in July! It's July 24th, Christmas Eve in July. Welcome back to our special Christmas in July series, as we look back at Christmases past and some of our favorite Christmas traditions and fun.
On Monday, we share one of our most favorite Christmas and Advent traditions, Jotham's Journey. For years, our tradition was to gather the kids together and read the daily Advent reading as we counted down the days to Christmas. There are four amazing stories books that help families think about the coming of Jesus, and prepare for Christmas day. If you missed Monday's post, please take a minute to go back and read it. And order the books and begin a new tradition with your kiddos this coming Advent season.
Since it's Christmas Eve, we thought it would be fun to pull up a few of our Christmas Eve vlogs. Christmas Eve is a fun and crazy time as we get ready for church services, bake cookies, wrap last minute gifts, and share in the Christmas Eve Traditions. Here are three of favorite Christmas Eve's in the Higham House!
Christmas Eve 2015
It all began in 2015. The very first, Life in the Higham House, Christmas Special went live! At the time, the Christmas special included both Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. Later, we split the two into separate vlogs. But here we are, kicking off our Christmas Eve in July flashback with a jump back to 2015, and our very first Christmas special. Wow, it seems so long ago.

It's fun to look back at these vlogs and see how the kids have grown from year to year. These holiday moments are so special for us. And these vlogs are treasures as we remember the blessing from year to year. Christmas is a time that we hope will always be filled to laughter, wonder, celebration, and family.
Thanks for sharing in these memories with us!
