So our Week One discussion was great. I hope you are being challenged to think about what it looks like for us to live out our role as a Jesus follower, particularly as we consider the impact of Acts 1:8.
I wanted to share a few additional resource that you can use as we study through Acts together. The first is a link to the Knowing Faith Podcast. As part of their 3rd season, the hosts walk us through the book of Acts, taking time to look a little closer to the text, the church, the Apostles, and what God is doing through his Holy Spirit.
I have started listening to these episodes to help supplement my study time. Knowing that Matt will only cover parts of the weekly readings, the podcast will help to fill in the blanks while giving us a more clear understanding of what's happening in the proper context. I would invite you to join me in listening to these episodes. I think they might add to our discussions |
